TIE Organisation

TIE’s priorities and objectives are set by the Board of Directors which provides strategic direction and guidance to the association. The Board is composed of representatives of companies and national associations and is elected every two years. The strategy decided by the Board of Directors is implemented on a daily basis by the Secretariat through its three working committees. These committees meet at least four times per year.

Our association draws upon the expertise of some of the most respected and knowledgeable figures in the industry and also relies upon the input of each of our members. This consensual approach allows us to form balanced positions which take into consideration the concerns of the toy industry as a whole from the largest corporations to the small local manufacturer.
