Events

TIE participates in a number of events throughout the year. These include conferences on topics relevant to the toy sector, international toy fairs, seminars and industry summits.

TIE also organises a number of activities throughout the year for both members and the industry at large. These include the TIE Roadshow, which began in October 2009. The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry takes part in each Roadshow in order to explain the new Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC).
