Full TIE membership is open to:

• national trade associations of European Union Member States, European Union applicant states, European Economic Area Member States and Switzerland and
• companies with a registered office in Europe, whose activities cover the manufacture, development, marketing and selling of toys, games and related products

We also have affiliate members who have a registered office in Europe and whose activities are also related to the manufacture, development, marketing and selling of toys, games and related products.

For both full and affiliate members, it is a prerequisite that they are fully committed to the TIE values of:

• prioritising toy safety
• sustainable manufacturing
• responsible advertising and marketing
• respecting intellectual property rights in their broadest sense
• ethical manufacturing
