Toy Safety Information Campaign visits Bulgaria and Romania

TIE together with the European Commission is organising an education campaign on the new Toy Safety Directive, which will visit ten countries in 2012. This campaign is financed by the European Commission.
The ‘European Toy Safety Information Campaign’ will help economic operators (manufacturers, importers, distributors and testing laboratories) to better understand and apply the new requirements of the Directive. The campaign will kick off on 16 February in Bulgaria followed by Romania on 17 February. The agendas for the events in Bulgaria and Romania are available below. Registrations for the event in Bulgaria should be sent to toysafetyBG@tietoy.org and registrations for the event in Romania should be sent to toysafetyRO@tietoy.org.
Further seminars will take place in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain and Sweden/Denmark.
