Updated Guidance Document on the Toy Safety Directive

The European Commission has recently published an updated version (1.4) of the Toy Safety Directive Explanatory Guidance Document.
The many changes introduced include an important clarification of the obligations of distributors, particularly in relation to technical documentation. Further amendments relate to the wording of the Declaration of Conformity, hygiene requirements for soft toys and the visibility requirement for warnings.
